The Moto X 2nd Gen shows off an amazing 5.2′ AMOLED display. The 1080p display is quite bright and has very good visibility in the sunlight. Talking about the screen protection, Moto X comes with the Corning Gorilla Glass 3 which is very sturdy and enhances the touch sensitivity as well.

Moto X 2nd Gen is powered by the Snapdragon 801 SoC. This together with Motorola’s Mobile Computing system provides a deadly combination. The performance of this device is outstanding and can match up with any flagship smartphones that are available today.

The overall look and feel of the Motorola Moto X 2nd Gen is also decent enough. The 2nd Gen is a tad heavier than its predecessor as well as a little bigger. However, this does not make the Moto X 2nd Gen any less compact. Another noticeable physical attribute of the Moto X 2nd Gen is the presence of a metal rim. This not only provides a superior look to the device but also acts an antenna.

The Moto X 2nd Gen comes with 16 GB of storage space. The device does not offer a micro-sd card support which can be a downside.

The 13 MP rear camera may well be the only thing that perhaps requires an improvement. The image quality is good, but could have been better. Especially for the images taken in low-light conditions. The front camera is a 2 MP one, which is the usual deal in smartphones these days.
