Birmingham, Alabama, August 25, 2015 – Melody Lovvorn, former betrayed spouse, Co-Founder of the non-profit Undone Redone, Inc., and VP of Route1520, LLC is releasing a new online course to help women who have experienced the pain of betrayal and infidelity. Ms. Lovvorn’s course, Life Beyond Betrayal (http://lifebeyondbetrayal.com), spans 30 days and will be accessed by computer, tablet, or smart phone. The course will release to the public on Tuesday, September 1st.
The #1 web site for cheating, Ashley Madison, was recently hacked with the names and other details about millions of subscribers made public. While the Ashley Madison hack will impact millions of families, the repercussions of infidelity are not confined to this single incident. Since the hack was made public last week, most of the dialogue has been about the cheating spouse and very little has been said about the offended spouse who often suffers in silence. The Ashley Madison story will quickly fade due to our current 24-hour news cycle, but for women (and men) across the country, this struggle will still remain very real.
“It was fifteen years ago when I first discovered that my husband had been unfaithful. As long as I live, I will never forget that moment. The words ‘we need to talk,’ followed by ‘yes it’s true,’ broadsided me with a pain I had never experienced,” said Ms. Lovvorn. “If you or anyone you know is struggling with betrayal, this course can be a life-changing resource.”
Melody has a heart to advocate for and assist those who have been blindsided by betrayal. Sharing from her own experience and firsthand perspective, she offers a clear path to healing and hope for those experiencing betrayal and infidelity. Ms. Lovvorn and her husband Tray have a memorable and credible story to tell about their marriage. They were married in 1992 and divorced eleven years later. After being divorced six years, they were reconciled and remarried each other.
“The Life Beyond Betrayal course is the collective wisdom and understanding I have personally gleaned from my experience along with hundreds of conversations in coffee shops and over the phone with other women who have experienced betrayal and infidelity,” Ms. Lovvorn said. “I want to help women learn from the mistakes that I made and the mistakes of others so that their pain isn’t prolonged unnecessarily.”
