Everything that you search on Facebook is saved by the social network. Other’s cannot see your search history of course as the privacy settings for the search history is set to “only you”. How to Delete Facebook Search History
Step 1 – Navigate to the top right hand side of the Facebook page and open up the Activity Log.
Step 2 – On the left hand side of your screen, you will find various options under the Activity Log. Click on More to explore additional options.
Step 3 – You will notice the Search option at the bottom after expanding the Activity Log. Click on Search.
Step 4 – Once in the Search option, you will be able to see your entire Facebook search history till date. For ease of access, the search history is shown in a monthly format. Notice that you are the only one who can see your Facebook search history. To delete Facebook search history data, just click on Clear Searches located at the top right of the screen.
Step 5 – After you have clicked on Clear Searches, you will get a pop-up to confirm if you want to go ahead and remove the Facebook search history. Click on Clear Searches again to confirm.
